                                                                                                      Overall I was disappointed by my experience. This was a special birthday celebration and while the service was excellent, the staff extremely attentive, and the atmosphere what we’d hoped for, the quality and flavor of the food left us all underwhelmed. Each of us was disappointed with our meal and felt they were on par with Olive Garden.

We really enjoyed everything and what ever menu you try carlucci Rosemont was outstanding!

                                                                                                      Overall it was a good experience. We were served stale focaccia upon being seated but everything got better after that. Service was excellent, food was pretty good. The burrata salad was supposed to have crispy brussels sprouts but they were nearly raw and not at all crispy but the rest of the salad was good. Our pasta entrees were good as was the tiramisu for dessert. Not a stellar experience, but a solid one.

                                                                                                      Food was outstanding. The short ribs fell apart. The calamari appetizer was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. The burrata salad balsamic dressing was a great start to the meal. All of the pastas and seafood meals were equally as good as the beef dish. Large portions so a meal for the next lunch. The three tier dessert stand was as beautiful as it was tasty. A very very nice evening and Mike was extremely gracious.
