   Carmine’s was great overall. One thing that always amazes me about “authentic” Italian restaurants is they have no pasta spoons…(round teaspoons/tablespoons to twirl your spaghetti/linguini- makes it so much easier to eat and MUCH less messy) the meatball sauce was thin and meatballs…eh. Caesar salad soggy. BUT the house bread was unique and excellent. Food is served family style and portions are much larger than you would expect!! (And we’re from Texas where everything is bigger-lol) - GREAT ambience!

   I was delighted to see such a large establishment that was very well decorated and buzzing with action. The weight staff was very attentive and we were seated properly. Appetizers came quickly and were delicious. But I honestly think there was a lot of shortcuts that if they have been avoided, the food quality would've been much better.

   Delicious dinner, large, generous portions! For six adults we ordered 2 delicious entrees, garlic cheese bread, a Carmines salad - which was fantastic. We still had a lot of leftovers.

   We were seated promptly and enjoyed the service of a good waiter. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. Our party of five enjoyed two appetizers, stuffed artichokes and stuffed mushrooms. We then shared two entrees, lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. Everything was delicious.

   Amazing as always! Nadia was our server, and she was so kind and knowledgeable on the menu, and helped us decide what dish to order. Would recommend Carmines for any occasion!
