From of our family to yours, Carousel is the premier Los Angeles area restaurant providing guests with the complete culinary experience when it comes to enjoying traditional middle eastern and Lebanese cuisine. In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. At Carousel, our menu offers a selection of kebabs to seafood to an array of vegetarian items. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. Everything that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. With the supervision of our Chef de Cuisine and co-owner, Mrs. Rose Tcholakian, each dish that is served is sure to bestow the quality and freshness Carousel is well known for. For those unfamiliar to Lebanese food, a helpful service staff will guide you through what is sure to be a habit-forming journey.

My vegetables were cold and undercooked. It took over 10 minutes to get a new order of vegetables and by that time we were finished with our meal… The waiter was friendly, but very inattentive to our needs… Normally we enjoy this restaurant but this time we were a bit disappointed with the service and food.

The food was delicious The filet kabob was perfectly cooked and juicy The rice pilaf was very flavorful with a buttery flavor Better to make a reservation on the weekends The restaurant was very busy

Poor service, overpriced food, good bathrooms, bottleneck at entrance to access bathroom. Had to ask for my check 4 times and wait 10 minutes for it.

The ambience is very nice here, the interior transports you straight to an idealistic Middle East environment. The wait staff, especially Olga and Amen were terrific and made excellent recommendations. We just ordered a ton of mezzes and there was so much! The dessert was delicious too as was the coffee. We had Summer in Beirut cocktail, don’t hesitate just get these! Overall it was a fun and nice experience. Would recommend and will go again for sure.
