The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Reservations are strongly recommended. Check PaperMill.org for scheduling and ticket availability. Sample Menus are linked on PaperMill.org/Restaurant.

An eclectic a la carte menu and desserts is available only in the Bar and Loft area; walk up service recommended for our bar areas, reservations available. Our full bar offers premium spirits, fresh fruit sangria, and a stunning selection of interesting wines by the glass or bottle.

This little gem is perfect before a show at the Paper Mill, but also for anytime really. Food was great, and while the servers worked hard, their timing could be a little better. Main course being served before appetizers were cleared, etc. other than that little hiccup, the service is great. Overall, it was a great experience.

Staff for the most part was knowledgeable about selections offered. Food was delicious and prepared expertly. Ambience was warm. Wine choices were wide. The only negative aspect that I can offer is that my espresso was served cold which was disappointing. However, overall it was a positive experience.

The food is delicious and exquisitely prepared. The overall dining experience would be greatly improved if you could request where you would like to be seated. Also, the waitstaff should be instructed on how to stir a pitcher of Sangria before pouring.

the waiter spilled a plate of beets on my mom and the staff were not attentive, did not believe her at first that the waiter had spilled and did not handle the entire situation properly. will not be returning.

Beautiful setting for a preshow holiday luncheon. Parsnip soup and chicken were delicious. Shared the snowball for dessert which was perfection.
