Pizzeria - The Carter & Fitch pizza is a real Italian affair. Devour the Pizza Lungo 12” thin crust pizza, fresh from our Italian oven. The base is hand stretched using long ferment dough, resulting in a delicate crust. Topped with our very own secret sauce.
Smokehouse - All of our meats are from selected prime cuts, rubbed with our unique blend of spices and seasonings, infused overnight, then smoked in our Oklahoma smokehouse oven, low and slow over Mesquite, till meltingly tender.
Bar - Our fully stocked bar has something to wet every appetite from beer, spirits, wines, champagnes and cocktails. If you feel like throwing caution to the wind…ask your server about our new ‘Hard Shakes’. We even have a ‘Speak Easy’…Shhh, that’s our little secret!

                                Beautiful, open venue, very attentive staff, excellent service, delicious food and extremely reasonable prices. What’s not to love? Will definitely be going back.

                                We chose this venue as the website indicates Sunday lunch is available during all opening hours so we were disappointed to find it had ended at 5 when our table was booked for 6. When I arrived I stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes being ignored by several members of staff and only 1 seemingly serving drinks. After serving 3 men the man serving then went off to do other things leaving me slightly annoyed and having to ask if I could possibly have a drink. When we came to order our dinner I asked what was on Sunday roast only to be told this had finished an hour ago . I said that the website indicated it was available all day and was told it wasn’t his fault hmmm . He did give us a “ couple more “ minutes to pick something from the menu and was matter of fact when taking our order. The food was okay but the service needs much improvement. Needless to say I won’t be hurrying back

                                Valentine’s night - The singer booked was too loud & played a poor choice of songs leave no chance of an intimate atmosphere. Food was average at best. As was the service. We’d dined there the previous night, which was spoilt by a loud group of men swearing & generally being loud. Management need to take note - neither scenario is ideal for a couple trying to have a pleasant, relaxing evening.

                                Staff need to make sure they know about the food your ordering. We asked about food and told it was something totally diffarent to what we got. Good service and nice staff but need to know more on what food it is etc.

                                We ordered the fish & chips. The food was was good but disappointingly was served on a tray lined with paper. The tray was uneven so moved around the table when you cut the fish, also the paper lining stuck to the fish & the paper lining wasn’t a practical serving plater for a meal that came with curry sauce! Still undecided if the food was worth the hassle we had tying to eat it.

                                My wife and I ordered Sunday roasts. Everything was pleasing apart from the Yorkshire puddings were freezing cold. They were replaced with new ones that again were cold. After making my point to one of the waitresses I was told that the chef advised that they are “supposed to come out cold and can be sent back to the kitchen to be warmed if required” what on earth? That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve never ate a cold Yorkshire pudding in my life and if a chef believes that they should be served cold is certainly wrong in my eyes. Other than that the food was nice.
