   The gentleman server was very friendly. We were given the wrong menu and both choices one of the party made were not available. We asked if vegetables came with our main and we were advised they did so we didn't order extras.. anyway we were incorrectly advised. The quality of the food was very average and over priced.

   Great for pre theatre meal - very fast service and great food. I can recommend the steak and eggs - just what I needed!!

   Jacob & Adam gave us a warm welcome and could not do enough for us during our dinner. The level of attention was perfect, anticipating our needs without being too obtrusive. The food was outstanding! Arancini and tempura prawns were perfectly cooked. Timely followed by the lamp rump which melted in the mouth. I have literally never tasted Cavolo Nero like this. The chicken pie was cooked in an individual pastry casing- warming and well seasoned Cannot wait to come back!

   We booked a meal here as we were staying in the hotel and going to the theatre. I booked early as I had seen an offer if you ate before 4pm but we didn’t get the discount, and I couldn’t find it again afterwards. The restaurant was very quiet at that time so there wasn’t much ambiance but I would imagine the ambiance is good when it is busier. The service was good, attentive but not intrusive, and the food was lovely. Overall we would go again if we were in London.

   Not a great experience. Courtyard dining was nice given the weather and the food was reasonably priced if a little underwhelming. Service was a major let down. There were a handful of guests and the service team were slow to acknowledge us both upon arrival in the hotel and beyond. We were charged when placing the order, which is perfectly fine until we realised we were the only ones that had been charged upfront. Not sure of the rationale and probably wouldn't have been bothered until we were asked to pay again when leaving. For clarity, this was a business lunch and both of us were suited, not exactly looking the part to run off. Would have been happy for them to have approached and simply ask of we had paid rather than have someone ask from across the courtyard. Drinks arrived late, but to be fair food was served on time. Fortunately the company and conversation made up for a poor showing from the restaurant.

    Service and cocktails are outstanding but the food is poor - not due to the chef but instead the poor quality and condition of the produce. I went for lunch and initially ordered a Cesar salad with sea bass - I could smell the fish before it even reached the table - it stank and I had to change my choice. It should never of left the kitchen. I then ordered a burger - the patty was slightly dry and very salty - probably pre-made and frozen but the fries were nice. I could tell the chef was skilled but they are working with low quality nearly out of date produce. And I expect they are in a conundrum with balancing customer foot fall with purchasing and managing stock - the place has potential but the food needs to be improved drastically to match the service and surroundings.
