                                                                                    The food was average, not really good. We didn’t enjoy the whipped paneer and the owner & manager were not very receptive. Instead of asking us why we didn’t enjoy it they both insisted that we should pay for it, we ate two out of the four pieces of naan that accompanied the paneer (which we did not even eat after one bite of it). They could have suggested trying a different appetizer. We are very aware of fusion Indian cuisine and have tried Whipped paneer at the Conrad Nashville which was very good, hence we thought we would try it at Chauhan. We know Indian fusion cuisine quite well and would give this place a 2/5. The restaurant was freezing. The temperature in Nashville was below 0 and the heat was definitely not on. The owner seems to be cheap and all about making money . Lots of other good options in Nashville to consider. I wouldn’t come back here . 👎🏽

                                                                                    We had a fantastic server who explained the menu and made her recommendations. Our menu choice was shared between the two of us we had some curry left and our server was nice enough to give us extra rice to enjoy the curry. We took our pics of Maneets two TOC belts sadly she wasn’t there. Highly recommend!

                                                                                    everything was excellent. the temperature on the bar side of the restaurant was very cold and we all had our coats on throughout the dinner. overall will go there again for the excellent food.

                                                                                    We were having dinner with Indian food rookies, our wait staff was extremely helpful, recommending the Curry Flight, which helped us choose our entrees that all enjoyed. The food is phenomenal.

                                                                                    The food was excellent! We had the special Turkey Tandoori selection for Thanksgiving, and it was amazing. Service was outstanding. If we lived in the area, it would be a regular fav!

                                                                                    We had reservations for Maneet's Thanksgiving feast. It was a feast for the eyes as well as the soul. Super delicious dinner and our server Noah was great as well.

                                                                                    This was our first time visiting Nashville and first time eating here. Street parking was easy for a Tuesday night and there were only a few patron inside the restaurant while we were there, so it was nice and quite, making it a more intimate dining experience for the two of us. Having never eaten Indian cuisine before, we found the portions to be very good, the flavor was outstanding and the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes.
