Devoted to creating a unique dining experience in Nashville’s bustling food scene, Chauhan Ale & Masala House is the highly lauded Indian restaurant from celebrity chef and TV personality Maneet Chauhan. Her Indian roots, zest for travel and affection for Southern cuisine have beautifully collided at Chauhan to offer a menu featuring globally-influenced Indian cuisine that highlights aspects of the culinary scene in India as well as Nashville, perfectly combining Indian fare with traditional Southern dishes. For locals, put Chauhan in your restaurant rotation. For tourists, no trip is complete without a visit to Chauhan. We're open 7 days a week for dinner and Brunch. First time visiting. The food was outstanding. We even saw Maneet which was pretty darn cool .. we are big fans!

First time eating at Chauhan and we’re very much looking forward to it. The hostess wasn’t the most pleasant as the first point of contact and we were sat right in front of the entrance door which was cold but a busy night. (-although I made reservations months ago) The service was great. The food was delicious. We chose to share some items so had the muscles and the pork shank with korma, regular and parm naan as well as the Brussel sprouts. The pork was fall off the bone. The korma was outstanding. The Brussel sprouts if you could just eat those the rest of your life you’d be happy. The naan was just ok. I prefer a bit more char and slightly thicker naan but if that’s the only criticism…

Brought my partner here for a Valentine’s day dinner and it was absolutely AMAZING! The meat was incredibly tender, wonderful flavors that aren’t too spicy, ice cold water without the ice, and an amazing naan bread to pair with our meals. I would 100% come here again, it was absolutely worth it!

We love Chauhan! Always, consistently delicious with gracious service! Noticed the whipped paneer app was significantly smaller than before but the same price. Otherwise - everything was delish.
