    Always an extremely excellent experience! Food and service are the best. I have never been disappointed. It's been about ten years since I've been here, but it seems like it is even better now.

    We made reservations at Chicago Chop House as part of our annual holiday trip downtown and it did not disappoint. We were seated on the 2nd floor right in front of the window and enjoyed the view of the Christmas tree on the rooftop along with the Christmas music from the piano player on the 1st floor. The appetizer (Wagu meatballs). steaks and mashed potatoes were delicious. The Creme Brulee was fabulous! Overall we thought the cost was in alignment with most steakhouses but the ambience and the staff (Gabe, our waiter) made it a wonderful holiday experience. If you do decide to dine at Chicago Chop House take the time to read about its history.

    Delicious meal with ample portions. Service was great, and we ordered each course when we were ready, so it didn't feel rushed. A wonderful evening!

    Quite frankly, neither the service, nor the food's quality met the standards set of past visits. Our waiter was "a little off' all night; He was extremely slow and downright "unavailable" at times. My expectations for The Chop House are very high, considering the price point that I anticipated paying and the classic nature of the expected dinning experience. I will be hard pressed to return considering other top quality restaurant options in the downtown area that have continued to meet my expectations. I will admit that I typically only select The Chop House for special occasions, Holiday's included, and this visit failed to deliver!

    First time here. Came to celebrate my fiancé getting her Master’s degree. We will 100% be coming back here. Fantastic service, wonderful food, and delicious drinks. Worth every dollar. Outstanding restaurant. Bravo!
