Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

Chop has ample parking available directly adjacent to the facility. All parking in the surrounding hotel is completely free for 3 hours upon license plate registration at one of the kiosks in the parking lot. Handicap parking is also available immediately in front of our restaurant near the entry.

Chop’s lounge is a favourite place for groups to come together and meet for lunch, after work or kicking off the evening. At Chop we’re celebrating Happy Hour in our lounge from 3pm to 6pm and again at 9pm to close, seven days a week! Enjoy enjoy snacks of small plates that you can mix and match and find your new favourite bar drink with our $5 drink specials. Smart casual is the name of the game when it comes to dress code – come to see and be seen!

Consistently good food and services. IMHO, Chop serves better prime rib than Keg in Richmond.

Food is excellent as always but service needs MUCH improvement. Pls retrain new staff. Food is 10/10. Service was a disappointment.

everything was great EXEPT the prime rib was drowned in grsvy. such a nice cut, a crime. to douse. it. in gravy! on the side. would have been much better. the keg has much better prime rib

It was excellent prime rib and short ribs and they were cooked to perfection! Deborah, Ekbeer, and Chef Brett made my night. They presented me a card signed by all the staff plus dessert on the house! My husband mentioned earlier that he was taking me to Disneyland early the next morning and it was my first time going there. It made my evening very special, as I cried tears of happiness for their kindness and beautiful gesture! Mickey ears drawn in my card and Mickey ears in chocolate on our dessert plate!

Unfortunately our friends from HK have just been to BLACK AND BLUE on Alberni Street, Vancouver Downtown before coming to CHOPS in Richmond. They are not impressed by CHOPS. I know it is not a fair comparison but they still enjoyed the dinner and the evening at CHOPS. Keep up the good work.

Great restaurant. It has a very good menu with a lot of different choices. Presentation of food is great and food delicious. The prices are very reasonable. This has become our go to restaurant

It was our 1st time at the restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. As soon as we got to the door we were greeted with such a warm reception. The service was 10/10 & the food was 11/10. The value of the meal was also 10/10. We will definitely be back!
