Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

Chop has ample parking available directly adjacent to the facility. All parking in the surrounding hotel is completely free for 3 hours upon license plate registration at one of the kiosks in the parking lot. Handicap parking is also available immediately in front of our restaurant near the entry.

Another wonderful experience at the CHOP. Our serve r Daniel took great care of us as we enjoyed the chili garlic shrimp appetizer (always a favourite) the. Seafood chowder and seafood linguine paired with great wines. There always seem to be something on the menu that suits my palate Thanks again, we will be back

Excellent restaurant and the steaks were fabulous, but like all restaurants waitress staff can change the course of a celebration. Our waitress seemed to not to be to interested in us as customers. All customers being seated were asked if they were celebrating any special occasion in visiting Chops. EXCEPT FOR US, we were never asked and we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and only when we asked for our bill, the waitress asked if we wanted dessert and when I said no to my wife mentioning that although it was our anniversary I was to full to enjoy, then all of a sudden a manager appeared for small talk and then returned with 2 glasses of champagne and then 5 minutes later a sampling of 3 desserts that were excellent. I think they were a little embarrassed that they did not know sooner. Which was the fault of our waitress. Overall we were very happy with the restaurant, the food, yes we would go back

Good and fast service. Their music at lounge area was too loud. We like their prime rib and chili garlic prawns.
