Sushi shares the menu with dry-aged steaks at this bustling, warm-hued chophouse. Chops is proud to present the best in "in-house" dry-aged Prime, American, certified Japanese, and Australian wagyu steaks for less! With over 100 whiskey selections, along with a 350-bottle wine list, creative craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections, Chops pays homage to the great American steak house.

Valet parking is available behind Chops City Grill off of 8th Street. Limited parking is offered behind the restaurant, but there is also a free parking garage located on 8th Street and 4th Avenue South for additional parking options.

Incomplete parties will not be seated, so please arrive together. If you anticipate being late, please call. Parties arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience a seating delay.

Only service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Bar opens at 4:30pm and dinner services starts 5:00pm

    We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday but it was hard to hear anyone at the table unless they were right next to you. The food was delicious and service was great! Loved Marci’s drinks from the bar! Spot on!

    Food and service was excellent! Conversation was a little difficult as we were seated very close to the piano. However we loved calming the piano music as opposed to louder types of music. Very nice experience.

    Bartenders Marcie and Kayla are incredible and always so welcoming. Food delish as always. Service by Devon was great. Beautiful ambiance. Always love Chops.

    Ambience was very nice and tables were spaced far apart. I ordered the California roll and asked for it without mushrooms. The server said that wasn’t possible. It was obvious when I received the rolls they had been premade and sitting there for awhile. They were obviously not fresh but stale.

    Chops does tend to be on the pricey side but it is totally worth it. The tuna chop app is my favorite. Love the tender chunks of tuna and crab. The sauce is sweet and citrusy. Always love their fillet. It is cooked to perfection and is tender and juicy. Also they have added a piano player. We really enjoyed his selection of songs.

    Between excellent service from our waiter to the charming melodies produced by the pianist, the ambiance at Chops City Grill is top shelf.

    It is a perfectly good steakhouse option. Good wine list but some holes for quality. Steaks were very good. Sides were underwhelming. Had a good time at the bar.
