Churrascaria Plataforma Brazilian Steakhouse is a Rodizio style restaurant. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef - top sirloin, baby beef, top round, skirt steak, short ribs, brisket, rib eye, pork, chicken, lamb picanha, fish, etc. in succession, to each diner individually right at their table. A meal typically begins with a trip to the Gourmet Island, which features a variety of vegetables and composed salads in addition to four hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized “chip” from the red side to the green side.

Carne mangiabile, niente di speciale. Carissimo il conto, esperienza da non ripetere. Prezzi non esposti. Assolutamente pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La carne è buona, e questo è sicuramente l'aspetto più importante! Anche il bancone buffet offre buone insalate, risotto, sushi, e molto altro. La location non è granché: una grande sala, non molto caratteristica, però comoda e con spazi ampi. Il servizio è stato cortese e preciso, con l'unica pecca che a un certo punto i camerieri hanno smesso di girare tra i tavoli con la carne per circa 15-20 minuti. Forse (penso io) il fatto di non avere moltissimi clienti gli fa tenere un numero inferiore di spiedi che quindi di tanto in tanto tornano a cuocere. Il prezzo è in linea con lo standard di New York, quindi alto, però francamente direi che è assolutamente corretto per un "all-you-can-eat" di questo livello in questa location. NB: per i ragazzi ci sono prezzi ridotti. In definitiva, non una churrascaria memorabile a livello globale, ma assolutamente ok!

Semplicemente eccezionale, per 75 dollari a persona avrete accesso ad un buffet ed a carne servita alla spada in maniera illimitata, sia il buffet che la carne sono di prima qualità, cucinati in maniera eccelsa. Che altro aggiungere, i camerieri sono di una gentilezza, attenzione e cortesia assoluta, e l'ambiente è molto particolare. Unica pecca è l'aria condizionata un pò alta, quando andate portatevi una felpa. Locale assolutamente da provare e da tornarci.
