Cielo, is a Steak and Seafood Restaurant that celebrates a distinctly comfortable, Californian approach to fine dining. Each dish, inspired by traditional steak and seafood fare, showcases the fresh flavors of California’s farm produce and presents it with a playful sense of humor. Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

Another great culinary experience at CIELO!! We have dined at this restaurant on several occasions, and we keep coming back for more! The staff are super friendly (hostesses Klynn and Kayla) make us feel very welcomed! Our waiter Enrique is fabulous, as always and the restaurant Manager Gerardo always checks in with us to be sure our needs are being exceeded! The restaurant itself is classy and elevated (in every sense of the word) and the staff makes you feel right at home. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Cielo is one of my favorite restaurants. Top 3 for me. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food this time. I started off with the lobster bisque. It was the worst I ever had. It was tasteless. It was like a horrible movie I started watching but felt committed to finishing it. The crab was very salty. Thank God for the lemon and butter. I had to doctor it up and was still unable to finish it. The tomahawk steak was mediocre. The plating was eye dropping and more than enough for two. However, it was just ok. The service was excellent as usual. The server was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Unsure of what was happening this night, but everyone was spellbound by a fantastic fireworks show nearby. The perfect view. It captured everyones attention. Even the employees. That made it even more special. The price was typical for a fine restaurant like Cielo so I have no complaints about that. Overall I rate it 3 stars because it was not up to my standards this time. I shall return, but it will be awhile.

Outstanding experience! Cielo and Morongo have really upped their game. The night was magical thanks to the amazing service, delicious food, ambiance, wonderful music (by the female piano singer from "The Voice") and stunning fireworks display. Truly made our 15th wedding anniversary special and one to remember. We will definitely be back for more "Good Times". Thank you!

This Excellent Restaurant was so Beautiful! The service was be on excellent. The Food, OMG ! Was fabulous! I will definitely be back on another Special occasion…My compliments to all the staff for such a well run classy place to dine!

We had a great dinner, and the staff really go out of their way to make your experience memorable. The food was cooked perfectly, and the smoked cocktails were awesome. The bar has many high-end and top shelf bottles that you don’t see downstairs. Looking forward to coming back.
