Cielo, is a Steak and Seafood Restaurant that celebrates a distinctly comfortable, Californian approach to fine dining. Each dish, inspired by traditional steak and seafood fare, showcases the fresh flavors of California’s farm produce and presents it with a playful sense of humor. Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

I took my sister here and we had a great time! The energy was great and the food was delicious! I will definitely be back here again in the future.

Myles who worked alongside Enrique provided excellent service and really made our dining experience one of a kind!! He was very attentive!! The food was excellent!! We will definitely be back!!

Jared was amazing unfortunately the food took to long to come out. We appreciated Jared went above and beyond to rectify the situation and gave my wife a Valentines dessert beautiful presentation.

Love the food. We had calamari, steak, cowboy corn, Brussel sprouts and cream cheese mashed potatoes.Love my peach mojito. However, it was very loud. I know it was Valentine’s day dinner but there were so many people yelling. I could barely hear the singer playing the piano. I understand it’s not the fault of the establishment. Not a good choice for a romantic quiet dinner hahaha . Jeanette was very charming and very good. We will be back.

From start to finish the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food was remarkably delicious ( Tommy Hawk Pork Chop, Twice Baked Potatoe, Salomon Grilled )

The restaurant was very nice. The ambiance was lovely. Our servers were attentive and pleasant. Initially, our reservation was for four. However, we ended up with three more people, and the host was able to make accommodations. The food was tasty, our steaks cooked to perfection, and the sides were amazing.
