   Explained to Gary a major issue and he apologized for the issue, but didn't seem like he really cared. Food never came and what did was just horrible and that is putting it nice.

   Service left much to be desired. Server complained about her job constantly. We had to ask multiple times for items.

   Good reason no one is going to the races. Could not have been less satisfied. Been 15 years since we have been, will be at least another 15 years till we go back. The smoke smell is hideous, just give up and go all streaming, so bad.

   Service was a little slow, food was very slow and wrong. Took way to long to get food. Don’t think we will go Back to Club 1.

   We used to really enjoy coming to Club One. This visit was disappointing. We walked in to one server yelling out, "I already have TWO tables, and I just got here!" Our server was inattentive, and we had to request items over and over. There are definitely some training opportunities here. The furniture is old and out-dated, and the carpet is very worn. Smoking is still allowed (folks, it's 2023!), so eliminating that could go a long way to making the experience better. This place has a lot of potential and with some TLC could get back to being a "go-to" place.

   Unfortunately, we waited for over 45 minutes before our waitress came to take our order. We decided to move to the Bricktown Brewery instead. Lots of people smoking in the room made Club One it less desirable.

    We had our very first bad experience at Remington Park Club One. We already had drinks so sat down and ordered right away. Almost two hours later, we were still waiting on our food. No lie. Eventually we were so hungry, we just left Remington entirely and went to get something to eat.
