A completly “meh” restaurant. The food was ok, only the Caesar salad was really good, the rest, nothing special. Overpriced. It was super noisy, kids crying. My gf said it was almost like a Montanas. A fishy smell that never disappeared. For 200 hundred dollars there are other better options. Service was great, no complaints against the Hostess or Waiter, it was not their fault.

Food was very good but portion was small. We were not brought bread - not sure why not. Very crowded and noisy - a busy place that does not compliment good food.

I've been here twice now. First time the food was great and the service was spot on. The second time, not so much. Food was mid, and our entrees came 15 minutes apart, and the service was lax, at best.

Basically we took our servers full recommendation and tried the French onion soup, beef tartare, the steak and frites plus the pork chop. Everything was outstanding

Everything lovely except they’re clearly lying about the juices being freshly squeezed. Relying on your patrons to not be discerning enough to tell the difference is kind of gross. When I flagged that my juice wasn’t freshly squeezed, they admitted it wasn’t with no apology (disingenuous) and took it off the bill. Otherwise our waiter and food were good. Great ambience as usual. Wait staff is friendly but undertrained.

Our family of 4 spent a few hours at the Christmas market before eating dinner. We were seated near the kitchen and washrooms, when the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. There was a cold draft that could not be explained because we weren’t close to any door. The server was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. However, he seemed stretched in serving what seemed like half the restaurant. We were served our drinks and he said he would be right back. He didn’t come back for our order for another 15 minutes. Two tables came and left before we got our mains. The food was amazing, other than the ratatouille kebab and bouillabaisse which a bit over peppered. We agreed that for the calibre of restaurant, service could have been better - manager, plan your table service coverage better.

Been here many times before and consistently enjoy the experience. Lovely atmosphere overall, especially during the holiday season. Highly recommend the escargot toast, ceviche, and oysters if you’re up for a tasty adventure! Our server Antony was also very polite and helpful, good service will always be appreciated. Thank you again!

Delightful experience. A nice respite during the busy Winter Market. Service was top notch - Anil was the perfect host/waiter. Food was delicious, hot and served in a timely manner. At other places we tend to spend a lot of money on mediocre food. Happy to pay a little more for top notch food and service at Cluny. Def worth it. We will be back. Thx Anil!
