Havana meets Madrid at Coco Palm, the beautiful hilltop restaurant overlooking the San Gabriel Valley. Begin your evening with a Mojito or Sangria in the lounge, and then enjoy dinner while listening to our house music in the elegant restaurant, specializing in traditional Spanish and Cuban cuisine. Don't miss the Paella Valencia or the House Steak, a 55oz bone-in ribeye chop for sharing. A variety of fresh seafood is available daily from broiled lobster, fresh salmon and Sea Bass in our mango-miso sauce.

On Sunday we offer a wonderful mix of brunch items from our a la carte brunch menu.

Valet Parking is mandatory on most days and nights. Obligatory valet service fee is $8 per vehicle.

Wednesday Nights: The Coco Palm features a live trio band playing lively Bolero music and songs by Sandra Valdivia every Wednesday night from 7pm-9pm in the Bolero Room. Thursday Nights: Saxophonist Nate Wilson plays smooth sets of contemporary and classic music in the main bar lounge, which can be heard in all the dining rooms. Friday Nights: Enjoy an evening dinner, then take some Salsa lessons in the nightclub (lessons from 8:30p-9:30p). Then join the world famous "Chino Espinoza y Los Dueños del Son", a 10 piece live salsa band. Nightclub closes at 1:00am. It's always a good idea to call the restaurant for certain blackout nights, especially in December.

The service was terrible. Our waiter Alexey took forever to come to our table. He forgot about our appetizer, so he brought the appetizer with our entrees. It took him forever to bring us our drinks. He had just taken our order and when he came back to the table, we asked him to upgrade one of the dishes and he said it was too late to do that. He did not refill our drinks when asked. He took forever to bring us more coffee. We did not feel welcome or appreciated at this restaurant. That's very unfortunate because the food was good, but the service was bad. If we ever go back, we'll definitely ask for somebody else besides Alexey. He did not do a good job. He did not have a good attitude and it felt like we bothered him every time we asked for anything. Our dinner experience was not pleasant or enjoyable thanks to our waiter Alexey.

Unfortunately our Christmas Eve dinner was a disaster. Checking in took about 15 mins before we were seating, there was only 1 server for the room we were in, he did his best but the service was slow. The server advised us several popular dishes were not available, e.g., paella. So I ordered arroz con pollo which was so salty it was not edible. My wife’s Churrasco was also salty, but it was edible. We have been to Coco Palm a number of times, and will probably return but not on the eve of a holiday.

Coco Palm used to be top notch at everything but this time it wasn't as good, not sure what changed. 1- the front desk hostess wasn't very friendly and kinda rude. 2- The kids chicken quesadilla had no flavor. 3- the Arroz Con Pollo was very salty 4- they forgot to write happy anniversary on the dessert. I hope they do better next time.

Delicious food and right on point flavors. The valet parking is unnecessary expense. The service is great

The food was good. That was the best part. The ambiance was like sitting at a catered function. The first 2 rooms for dining were nice. The one at the end was not very appealing where they put us. They were out of Grey Goose vodka(plain for a dry martini) which we wanted. Tried the Manhattan which was too sweet. So we went to our standard Tito’s and soda. 20 bucks for a well vodka and soda?????? Their specialty drinks were 15 bucks which is normal. Our daughter ordered her Tito’s, soda with a splash of cranberry… 20 bucks. The waitress said they charge more for the soda water and splash of juice!!! Ridiculous! Such a bummer cause the food is pretty good but the cocktails and their prices for this are NOT!!! Oh and the mopping all around us while we were eating a 50 buck a plate meal didn’t sit very well with us either! 🙄

The food was amazingly authentic and the wait staff was exceptionally attentive. We were looking forward to real Cuban food and we were not disappointed. We had both an anniversary and a birthday in our party, and it was just a beautiful evening. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back soon for the weekend buffet!
