   Had the popular house salad 1905 Was a lot smaller than in the past and didn’t seem to have as many ingredients as before. Haven’t eaten there lately. But I guess like everything else you pay more and get less. That being said it was pretty tasty.

   The front of the house staff are very professional and create a great dining experience .We were never rushed. The choices were outstanding especially the authentic seafood dishes.

   I’ve been to Columbia several times before and had great things to say about the service and meal quality. Yesterday was not a good experience at Columbia. When you reach the host desk to say the number of your party and so force; we not even greeted with any type of acknowledgement. Not even a simple hello. Next our hostess was pretty attentive till she ghosted us a couple of times and had us wait for almost 20 minutes the bring back my credit card to pay for the meal. The food was pretty good but the piña colada I had was the worst I’ve ever had and it came in half the size you would expect for a tropical drink. Oh and before I forget upon leaving the restaurant 4 people at the hostess desk ignored everyone as they were leaving the restaurant without a simple good night or thank you for coming in. Yesterday the 40 minute drive and $136 meal for two was a disappointment.

   From start to finish, our meal was amazing! Karla was a fabulous server, the food was divine, the atmosphere was relaxed and we had a terrific time. It was the best restaurant experience we've had since before the pandemic! We can't wait to return!

   Although there were many people eating at the Columbia in Celebration, we had a delightful dinner there. The restaurant staff had spread their clients throughout their rooms and outside. They had many staff working on this holiday. The food and service were excellent.

    This was the best Spanish cuisine we’ve ever had. I just wish there were more locations and in the NY area!
