Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties.

Don't miss the Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared with our delicious, freshly made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo.

Great restaurant (food, service, beverages) and we go there whenever possible. Unfortunately, last night we were bothered by a large raucous table, especially one man, who annoyed the entire restaurant. That patron should be barred from this restaurant!!

Pollo Manchego Boneless chicken breast breaded with Cuban breadcrumbs and grated manchego cheese, topped with citrus sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with yellow rice. Outstanding and our service impeccable. The topper is the bread pudding with white chocolate sauce and Café con leche nothing better in the food world for me!

Everything was great with one exception. The booth we were in was obviously for taller people . I was so low in the booth it felt like my chin was on the table. Next time I'll ask for a table with chairs not a booth!!

Columbia is the oldest restaurant in Florida. The food is a combination of Spanish and Cuban. There famous 1905 salad a must to order. It’s delicious. You didn’t go sting ordering any of the dishes. They are all very good.

The food and service at Columbia are always excellent, and today's meal was no exception. Each of the dishes was fantastic. We will look forward to our next visit.

We made a reservation for 3 and arrived early, but they required us to wait about 15 minutes past our reservation time. It took some time for our server to come to our table. We went ahead and placed our main meal order right away. Two of us ordered salads with our meal which we would have assumed to come before our main course but my wife’s soup came out first. Once I received my main course, I asked when I would get my salad and the server asked if I did not get it? Then why am I asking? The server never came back to fill our waters and we were only checked on one time. The bill included a QR code to pay and we left a tip based on our mediocre service, which the server apparently was not happy with. I said thank you on the way out, but the server did not reply. The food was great and the ambiance excellent for a Cuban restaurant. It felt like we were in Cuba. Great location also in Celebration.

The Columbia Restaurant food and service is outstanding. I highly suggest diners put this place at the top of their list. It’s at the top of mine !!! ENJOY !!!
