Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

    Dining experience excellent. Think I should mention, though, that the Ladies Room has been in an offensive condition all of the three times I've been to the restaurant in the past 6 weeks. I think it needs a good deep cleaning and perhaps an ordor control device. ( I have not experienced this in previous years.) (2-3 others complained that individual stalls were quite soiled when I visited. No one can control lack of consideration by some, but perhaps an employee check every couple of hours would help correct the situation in a timely fashion.)

    Sangria and shrimp tapas were excellent. Service at first was wonderful. However our server disappeared for long periods of time between courses and it seemed like we were forgotten. Table next to us never even served water after being seated and got up and left. It was a bit awkward. Manager came by and asked if they left we said yes. Awkward. Entrees were a bit disappointing. The “stuffed shrimp” still had tail on not butterflied and sides were not so tasty. However ambiance was what I was hoping for (fun upbeat ethnic Cuban). Overall We were a bit disappointed with this restaurant. However we would like to try again and stick with the sangria and tapas.

    Scallops and grouper were excellent. Broccolini was overcooked and looked unappetizing - could not eat it. Filet mignon had no taste and a waste of money. Won’t be back.

    The 1602 salad is a must order! The scallops tapas was my entre and i highly recommend it. All the seafood dishes were amazing.
