The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Experience the Fire of Flamenco!
Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Un po’ buia la sala, il tavolo era illuminato da una luce fioca. Per il resto più che sufficiente

    Saremmo stati felici di vedere se c'era un altro tavolo disponibile in un'area diversa del ristorante se non eri soddisfatto di quello che ti è stato assegnato. In futuro, non esitate a farci sapere se c'è qualcosa che possiamo fare per migliorare la vostra esperienza culinaria.

    Our server was great, but our food came out ice cold. It was late and we just left without saying anything. All the wait staff was cleaning up for the night. I really like the restaurant and the food. I just was not satisfied with my food being cold. Not sure if it was because it was it waa late. Would like to be compensated for another meal. We spent $80.00 and gave a tip for cold food. Very unacceptable. Was very disappointed!!!!!

    We sat in the bar area next to the live music; a piano player and a guitar player, which made our early dinner an elegant experience! We love The Columbia, and always have an incredible meal, but this time, the service by James was exceptional. He ensured we had hot Cuban bread right out of the oven, plenty of fresh butter and instructed other servers to help out to get us to the airport on time. Thanks for an awesome meal James & The Columbia team. We especially loved the guava turnover with the creme anglaise for dessert. We'll be back.

    The members of my group begged to go to the Columbia for the Cuban bread and the White Chocolate Bread pudding -- I had no choice. Luisa was phenomenal. Do not let her go.
