Connors Steak & Seafood first opened their doors to the diners at the new Turkey Creek shopping center in Knoxville, TN. Combining a high quality menu with a comfortable atmosphere, Connors quickly became a favorite with fellow Knoxvillians. The rich, wood interiors, warm fireplaces, and "guest-obsessed" service continues to this day, and in 2011 Connors was recognized in the "Best Steak" category of the 2011 Metro Pulse Best of Knoxville publication.     There were four in our party. We had a 3:00 p.m. reservation and were seated immediately when we arrived. After ordering beverages, we elected to order our meals from the lunch menu. We did not order appetizers. Our waiter was excellent, described the specials for the day, answered our questions, and took our orders. Three of us ordered salads, which were served slightly after the hot rolls and butter. We had time to finish eating our salads before the entrees arrived. Meals were exactly as ordered. Our waiter was attentive, but not excessively so, cleared our empty plates as we finished using, and prepared carry-out with the leftovers. All-in-all it was a great experience.

    Connor’s does a great job for those needing gluten-free! They ensure all food is cooked separately with new utensils to keep all gluten out of the preparation area. We know we will have safe gluten-free food.

    I come to Connor's because they consistently provide an excellent dining experience. Today was no different. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and fast. The best part, of course, was the food. My blue cheese butter filet was a perfectly cooked medium rare and the bisque was both rich and delicious, as usual. My dining partner had the prime rib sandwich and fries and was well satisfied...and happy to discover horseradish was included. Finally tried the spicy Korean ribs and they didn't disappoint - tender, flavorful, and just enough spice to leave a pleasant burn. Super pleased with everything!
