    The service was not good, constantly waiting for the meat to come around and there was only 4 meats available which does not come as advertised. The tables were way too close together and we felt squished and uncomfortable. For us celebrating our anniversary it was a very bad experience, and we were not fulfilled with the food and service provided.

    Honestly, this place has gone downhill from the original location at Young and Eglinton to what I experienced a few days ago. What a huge disappointment! The selection of the salad bar is very limited, and the meat is only cooked one way; they won’t cater to you at all. The music was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. The wait was also quite long, even with a reservation, and the price for what you get is definitely not worth it. We spent around $500 and barely received service. We only tried three different meats and had to wait so long to get served. The meat was always cooked medium rare, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I would never come back to this location again; you’re better off going to another Brazilian steakhouse.

    Food was excellent. But service for some food was very slow. We asked for shrimp and pineapple for few times but nobody showed up.

    Hello, I must say I am a regular customer and love the food but I am a bit disappointed on how the dessert menu keeps shrinking each time I go back.

    Worst experience ever! This is not a “Brazilian steak house”. Food was horrible: beans from can, farofa from a bag served on a small plastic bowl, not even the music was Brazilian. It was a waste of my time and my money!

    Unless you have time to waste don’t come here. They will seat you down and you’ll have to wait at least 7-15 minutes for someone to come by and give you literally a sliver of food. They will walk past you without offering food while your left to eat your cold appetizers waiting for the main course to come around. Drinks were good but it would’ve been better if it was actually paired with a proper dinner. I felt like I was begging for more food on my plate cause I was done in 2 bites.
