Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors.                                           I was really disappointed with our experience at Copley’s. We had an 8:15 reservation to sit indoors. We arrived 5 minutes earlier and were told we would be seated in a few minutes as we requested a seat indoors and tables were available indoors not outside, which has a wait list. We were seated at 8:30. We were given a menu once seated. The waiter arrived at 8:45 and said he would be with us in a few minutes with the wine and cocktail menu. We continued to wait. More time went by and by the time he returned with the drink menu we told him we had already decided our drinks. He then left. More time passed. The hostess walked by we stopped and told her we were ready to order. Our bread and salads came a good 50 minutes after our reservation time. Beet salad was mediocre- granola on beets was disappointing . Salmon was ok as was the cauliflower. Ice cream was good. The waiter was pleasant when he was around. He seemed busy and was running around inside and out. But really there was a lot of waiting around for mediocre food.

                                          We ate inside due to weather but outside has more ambiance where we have eaten before. The ceaser salad is different but good. The sword fish was good but vegetables way to el dente. The chicken schnitzel was not up to Copleys standard but the potatoes and broccoli were tasty. Presentations were quite nice. We would go back.

                                          Always an amazing experience at Copley’s. The food, surroundings and service are fantastic. Try to sit in Victor’s section. He’s the best!
