Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors.                                           Besides the unbelievably delicious food, the wait staff was incredible. Our waiter Erik was excellent—-just enough attention without being hovering. Special appreciation goes to our busman(sorry we don’t have his name) for asking “Are you still enjoying your food?” instead of may I take your plate? Soooo classy! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

About six years ago, we decided to make Copley's a part of our anniversary tradition because of the exceptional service, the delicious food, and the inviting atmosphere. We hope to continue this tradition for many more years to come. A special thank you to our professional waitstaff, Victor, who managed both indoor and outdoor dining with ease."
