   Our wait staff were exceptiona,l and we received wonderful service. The food was very good and the portions were large, particularly the desserts. The only downside was that we were celebrating a birthday, and we told them ahead of time, but they did not do anything for us.

   Copper Canyon continues to impress us. The frequent dining club awards us for dining which is just icing on the cake! The greeting, service and food is so enjoyable, we enjoy Copper Canyon multiple times each week. Highly recommend!

   the place we sat was a little noisy, but better than sitting inside. otherwise, everything else from service to food was excellent, especially our server (Jaqueline, I think). a truly memorable evening.

    Service was excellent, food delicious and the atmosphere cozy. We also loved the music they were playing. My sushi was excellent. My husband loved his fresh fish. I also had excellent beef barley soup and bought more to go. We each had a tasty cocktail. Will definitely return to enjoy outside seating when it warms up.
