There is an excellent menu and a fantastic server! We were a party of three and were seated promptly. The server had no issues with substituting. greens for potatoes specifically. Food was delicious!! Crab cakes, steak, and salmon were all perfect! Highest recommendation!!

I had lunch with a work colleague at Copper Canyon and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Nancy G. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right moments. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she ensured our meal was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and Nancy truly made our lunch a delightful experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her again!

I was very impressed with everything. Feom the time we walked in. As soon as I told the host that I had a reservation, we were seated immediately. Our waiter was very professional and prompt. We will be visiting again.

Eric was a great server. He was proficient and attentive. Food was delicious. The spinach dip is amazing and one of the many reasons we visit.

My Reservation through Open Table was easy and available for the time I wanted. My table was ready as I checked in at the hostess stand and the service was excellent. This place is well managed and well staffed.

Enjoyed the evening at Copper Canyon, I had not visited in over a year. Our party of 4 was seated and greeted quickly. Benjamin, our server was fantastic, very attentive. Will be coming back sooner than later.
