                                                                                          The waitress was very slow and disappeared. The other waitress wasn't interested in helping either. Kudos to the tall black male who we flagged down and was very responsive and had a great attitude!

                                                                                          The Prime Rib are getting smaller and the Pasta dish was very dry and all the food arrived at our table was COLD. Not the best experience and we frequently gather there for dinner. We will have to give it a break.

                                                                                          The meals were nothing to write home about. Hamburger wasn't tasty, and I was so surprised that it had no thickness to it at all. Flat like a pancake and too well done for me. The chicken parm was not tasty at all from what l was told. I did read the reviews and thought they were incorrect, but they were true. I will not be eating there again.

                                                                                          We ordered the rattlesnake pasta. My salmon was over cooked and did not have the blackened seasoning I requested so it was sent back. The same piece of salmon was returned to my table with the seasoning added on top even drier than the first piece. Sent that back as well. I had the pasta without any protein in it and it lacked flavor. I remember the rattlesnake snake pasta dancing on my tatsebuds in the past. This was nothing to write home about. Will be a long time before I return or just go to another location. Super crowded since it was a few days after Christmas. That may have been the issue but for the ambiance and prices it could've been more. Wasn't the best choice to meet a friend for lunch who came from out of town. Not a good first impression for her and a lasting one for me.

                                                                                          This place is good but tonight, everything was off. Server was hard to find, he didn't know the salad dressings, gave misinformation on ingredients (allergy), took forever with one of the cocktails, burger was overly well done, glass in the ice cream and more.
