                                                                                          I had a wonderful dinner with my Aunt. The grilled branzino was amazing! Large portion for the price. As always the collard greens were on point and the mashed potato’s. All of the staff were very attentive. Exceptional service all the way around. Espresso Martini’s were also delicious.

                                                                                          Brianna provided outstanding service! She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Her warm personality and professionalism made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her and would love to be served by her again. Overall, the food was pretty good. I ordered the branzino with cabbage & mashed potatoes. The cabbage was just ok, so I subbed it for spinach. The branzino needed a touch more seasoning, but overall my meal was a 7/10. Thoroughly enjoyed the bread pudding and my cocktails. I will be returning soon and happy to learn they added happy hour back to this location.

                                                                                          What a wonderful dining experience. I was staying in the area and expected Copper Canyon to be an upscale TGIF's but it was definitely not. The ambiance was shadowed and private. They had a 3 piece jazz band playing and the saxophone was amazing. I was brought a professionally made martini from the bartender himself. I had the ahi tuna salad which was a huge portion and filled with such tasty flavors. Dessert was a delicious piece of key lime pie which was so big I could only eat half. I asked for a cup of decaf coffee and my pleasant server brought over a complete French press set up and served it tableside. The mood was lively and the place was fun on a Tuesday night. Great meal and atmosphere. Kudos to the band!
