                                                                                              We went to Copper Canyon for a quick dinner. We started with the famous spinach dip. Always good. Followed by the special Bronzino fish dinner. This was the best Bronzino we have had in a long time. This is a must try you will ne happy.

                                                                                              This was my first time eating at this chain, and looking forward to my next visit. We enjoyed a team approach from the wait staff. Food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed the dish they ordered. I had the cat fish and chips, it was absolutely delicious.

                                                                                              Service was just fine, except when we needed to leave and it took more time than it should have to get the check. The food was quite good, but as seems to be the case in so many restaurants, the portions were much larger than they needed to be. I reserve my biggest complaint for the ambience. The music was way too loud and, for me, totally inappropriate to a meal in a restaurant. Aggressive jazz at a high level is not compatible with good food and conversation. I asked for the music to be turned down, and it was, though still at a level that I thought excessive. If you're going to have music, make it calmer, not too loud. But why even have it?
