The Copper Grouse serves regionally-inspired, soulful dishes from the kitchen. Not to be missed, our beverage program of classic cocktails, artisanal spirits, Vermont craft beers and a wide selection of Wines from regions spanning the globe.                                                           The ambiance was welcoming and cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our party found the food to be overpriced for what it offered. The cod with mussels was quite tasteless and didn't meet our expectations. Additionally, I had the $69.00 steak entree, which was flavorful, but it came with only roasted potatoes and no vegetables, leaving the dish feeling incomplete. While I appreciated the warm service and pleasant setting, the food quality did not justify the high prices.

                                                          The host was so accommodating. Our reservation increased by four and they had a third table set which we ended up not needing. We eat here 4-5 times a year. Great food and nicely appointed restaurant.

                                                          Copper Grouse is always excellent in terms of ambience, service and food. My only issue is with the prices. A smallish (but good) hamburger for $26? Several drafts on tap are $13. They’re good beers, but you’re approaching sports/concert venue prices at that point.

                                                          Copper Grouse is located in a nice and quaint environment. The menu was limited. When we asked for substitutions there weren't many. The prices were quite expensive as well. The service was great though!

                                                          A perfect thanksgiving meal, small twists on classic fare that didn’t disappoint. A good serving of food for the money paid. My server, Olivia, was on the ball and professional, an excellent person to have on staff. I will not hesitate to return in the future.
