Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured.

The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.

Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.

                                                                                          I think they have lost their chef. The two sounds we had, the Caesar and the pear salad were extremely flat. The Caesar salad tastes like water with no pungency from garlic and no croutons. Is it really that difficult to look up a good recipe for Caesar salad? The pear salad should be accompanied by a touch of vinegar and a feta or relatively stronger cheese to offset the sweetness of the pear and it had absolutely no flavor. The filet mignon we had was very good with a reduction sauce. The wine pours are very generous. Service was pretty good. Just seems like they've lost something compared to last year. They had three people at the front desk at 5:30 ready to seat people. They should apply some of that money to their chef.

                                                                                          Went there for husband’s birthday. Great service - we had a reservation and they sat us in the bar area - it was fine but a bit loud - music was playing which was nice. Food was good - drinks a little pricey but we were celebrating a birthday. Enjoyed it for a nice night out

                                                                                          We were surprised at the wonderful old school ambiance and service. We went on a busy Saturday night and the service was terrific. Our waiter had a great sense of humor and was great with recommendations and pairings. The had a cream of asparagus soup with lemon oil and it was unique and excellent. Meals all came on a trolly (old school). I had the duck and he had the sea bass. Both we excellent. But save room for dessert. Creme Brule 3 ways. I could eat the butterscotch one forever.

                                                                                          This is a "go to" place for us. Service is always top notch. Cocktails are generous and well-made. Our server was very knowledgeable. My wife started with the Caesar salad which she enjoyed and I had the soup of the day. We both ordered daily specials for our entrees. She had the scallops and shrimp which she loved. I had the steak Diane. The serving was more than generous (took half of mine home). I found the sauce to be a bit heavy, but otherwise very tasty. We will definitely be back.

                                                                                          Always a great meal and fantastic service. Our only disappointment this time was the ribeye steak, it was just average. Everything else was excellent and we appreciate the experience every time we go.

                                                                                          A perfect birthday celebration from start yo finish. I enjoyed the pear salad, crab cakes and yummy scallops for my meal. Hubby had the same starters and raved about his short ribs. He’s a huge short rib fan and said these were over the top. Thank you to our server Jeanine for a great evening.🙏
