Owing to the success of the Cornstore Wine Bar & Restaurant Cork, a sister restaurant was opened in Limerick in November 2008, situated on the newly refurbished and pedestrianised street, Thomas Street.

The concepts boasts 3 floors offering a lively, buzzy, Manhattan style surrounding, including private dining and contemporary heated smoking area. The interior is mirrored to match the stylish elegance of its sister restaurant in Cork with intricate floor tiling, pewter style bar, cosy booths and intimate lighting.

Like Cork, the menu consists of premium steaks and quality seafood, an extensive drinks list with cocktails, new world beers and a vast wine list.
Both Cornstore buildings were selected because of their historic presence and the belief that the old and new can be successfully combined to create an old style feel with a modern ambiance.

Well deserved top restaurant in Limerick The service was charming, food excellent. Moules Marineire with soda bread was so good… Wine a bit pricey, three cheapest bottles all at €35, however the Picpoul de Pinet bottle we chose was very good to be fair! Will definitely return.

Amazing experience, food, service, portions, atmosphere all excellent. Best restaurant in Limerick by quite a long way, never disappoints. All staff we encountered were super professional but also approachable and great fun. If you want a great experience dine here

Excellent food, great cocktails (highly recommend the Irish penicillin) and attentive, lovely staff. The baked farmhouse cheese dessert and duck parfait starter were both up there as some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Unfortunately they were out of the orange wine on the card, would’ve been the perfect accompaniment to the food.
