Its open kitchen offers authentic creations designed to satisfy your palette in a friendly, sophisticated setting. Beautifully designed, the casually elegant environment flows onto an outdoor patio overlooking a scenic tropical oasis and the resort's acclaimed championship golf courses. Dine at your leisure or stop by for the famed Sunday brunch, now offering something new on the menu 52 weekends of the year. Enjoy a bountiful arrangement of breakfast classics plus endless Mimosas or Aperol Spritz on Sundays 11.30 am-3.00 pm.

                                                            We were tired after driving from Orlando and decided to stay close to eat. Corsair did not disappoint. We had the guacamole which was flavorful and just enough. Our entrees were lobster roll with truffle fries and grouper sandwich with broccolini. Grouper was delish, and broccolini on point. My wife who orders lobster roll Frequently commented “ I think it’s the best I’ve had”.

                                                            Nice ambiance. A lot of staff who's very well mannered. But sloppy service where proper utensils weren't brought out...no steak knife for steak, no spoon for pasta. Lovely Octopus app. Striped bass (overcooked) but great accompaniments. Medium rare filet mignon was rare and cold. Chilli papardelle was very dry and oily. Chicken tenders for kids was good. Food was presented well, but was neither hot nor warm. Perhaps the heat lamps weren't effective because plates under the lamp at breakfast wasnt warm either.

                                                            It’s ok. We have eaten here lots. Server forgot it was my son’s birthday even though it was on the ticket. I think it’s kinda silly expensive. I am all for spending money but dropping $300 without a bottle of wine on food for 3 people - especially just ok food is a bit rich. As I say it’s ok but better places nearby you can walk to.

                                                            Bruch was great. Loved the bottomless mimosas. This will keep me coming back. Buffet food was as expected for Buffet.

                                                            Nice restaurant, great food and service. Salmon was excellent. Burger was huge and delicious. Will definitely dine there again.
