The Cosmopolitan is open daily for indoor dining plus takeout.
Happy Hour is 4-5pm in the bar area and lobby. The $19 steak entrée is available all evening at the bar.

Chad Scothorn, Owner and Executive Chef, has received national attention and praise for his original cuisine. Truly authentic, all menu items are made entirely from scratch, including the house baked bread, sauces, desserts, and even the ice creams. Cosmopolitan offers an extensive wine list with local, domestic and international wines, and delicious craft cocktails.

                                                            Great food and vibe just steps from the Gondola! Loved the surf and turf and blueberry pastry with ice-cream is a MUST! Best find - it was the place to be and I see why!

                                                            We loved everything about this restaurant. The service was great, food outstanding. We had both the salmon and Ahi rolls as appetizers, the Seafood Stew, Pork Chop, Chilean Sea Bass. All outstanding. We will be back!

                                                            The food was very good - I had the surf (lobster tail and a scallop) and turf (6 oz. filet mignon, spinach, mashed potatoes) and my partner had Colorado rack of lamb with Brussel sprouts and spaghetti squash. Each of our mains were $75. We shared the $18 almond dacquoise with chocolate and coffee mousse. While the food was tasty, there wasn't anything that elevated it to 'outstanding'. The dessert was a disappointment - the mousses were dense and could have been more flavorful. The service was pragmatic in that the server took an order, others delivered the food, we were checked in on and a bill was delivered. Efficient, nothing special. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and had a good energy.

                                                            From the time we walked in, they took care of all our large group’s needs so well! Crystal was an incredible hostess greeting us, Gino was all over the service at the table! Food was very good, get the seafood, it’s excellent!
