Coyote Cafe is excited to offer a Five course NEW YEARS EVE tasting Menu The first course will be Taittinger Champagne Paired with Diver Scallop Aguachile Followed By a Persimmon & Pomegranate Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette Your Midcourse will be Buccatini Pasta & Wild Mushroom (supplement shaved Italian Truffle) Main Course of Prime Rib or Poached Maine Lobster To Finish, Chocolate Mirror Tuxedo Cake with Hazelnut Ice Cream We will be offering a 5pm a 7:00pm and a 9:00pm seating. PLEASE RESPECT THE EXPERIENCE is for a TWO HOUR PERIOD. It was a wonderful experience. Food was fabulous! There was a little mix up in Salad orders and they took care of it immediately, and followed up with a complimentary table side dish! Just what you would expect in fine dining establishments. PS my hubby said the elk with the Demi glaze was the best he has ever had! Lovely experience!

The service and food were superb and I highly recommend the elk tenderloin. The ambiance is a nice blend of sophisticated and relaxed. Four of us had different entrees and they were very good in particular the mole duck and elk were beautifully prepared and paid homage to the high desert southwest cuisine. It’s a bit spendy but worth it!

We have enjoyed Coyote Cafe for several years. It's a beautiful setting and once again the service was outstanding. A few of the menu items have changed or at least been updated which is nice. The wine list was great, and extensive and with many affordable wines. The food was a somewhat disappointing. Our table had the Elk Tenderloin, which was small, at least much smaller than I remembered. We also had the grilled lobster, which was similar however, the noodles were not as flavorful as I remembered. And we had the vegetarian main which was very small. So in short we enjoyed the ambiance and the service, but for some reason food was disappointing.

We went to Coyote Cafe while my sister and niece were in town to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Not only was the food delicious (high quality ingredients, interesting dishes, and good sized portions), but the service was outstanding—not only the best I’ve had in Santa Fe, but anywhere. Our waiter was Paris, who was incredibly kind and attentive and made our visit enjoyable. Paris made sure my sister’s birthday celebration was extra special and that everyone was comfortable—he even brought my niece a fun mocktail! We will be back and look forward to our next visit to Coyote Cafe!
