Kaitlin's service was excellent and very friendly. We wanted to chat and she checked on us periodically without interfering. Food, as always, was good. A very special lunch time get together.

Thought the overall experience was okay. However, we were charged more than what the menu stated. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, these mistakes are not professional and will drive customers away.

Not a good night for Crave. We were a party of three. We waited 45 minutes for our food. The miso soup was salty. The chicken stir fry was cold. The meal was comped. The two other meals were delicious and up to Crave’s usual standards. Not sure what the explanation is since we were early and the restaurant was empty.

Love the new menu. Our app, entrees and drinks were pretty great. And, our server Megan K. really is a personality dynamo. But, boy, was this an "off night" for service. We had to ask the manager for water - and never got refills - and the water jug never returned. Our drink order was taken 15-20 minutes after we were seated. And, we had to flag down our server several times. CRAVE is one of our favs, and we won't be discouraged. It was just an unusual night, in terms of getting served. Just an FYI.

One of the worst dining experiences ever. Food was over hyped, below mediocre, and way over priced. Never had service as bad as this was. We had 4 people and our server took our drink order twice, our food order four times, and we had to ask for our check 3 times. Will not be going back.
