CUCINA enoteca is centrally located in the Irvine Spectrum! Owner Tracy Borkum's flair for combining great ambience, award-winning cuisine and unparalleled service are once again starring components in this latest Urban Kitchen Group creation. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarmiento bring their artistry to the table as guests enjoy an open kitchen. The menu features Italian classics with a modern twist, made with the freshest local, organic and sustainable ingredients. Along with a diverse selection of wines by the glass, guests may visit the restaurant's retail area to select from over 200 bottles for dinner (corkage fee of $10 applies) or purchase wine to go. The energetic space features contemporary elements and vintage artifacts creating the feel of a modern Italian kitchen combined with the comfort of an old rustic farmhouse.

Server forgot to check if we finished dinner. I had to flag him down 20min after we finished our meal. I even told him we were waiting for him and said he got busy. Not friendly at all. It’s my 3rd or 4th time there and won’t be back.

Food was not all that great. We got the Italian chop salad, pepperoni pizza and the short rib pasta. The salad was good but the rest of the food was pretty bad. I much prefer North Italia or El Fornio.

Service was lacking there was no one around and it took a while to get waited on and refills and the water were on a beg only basis. Pasta was good salad was ok they forgot the dressing on the side but once they brought it it was tasty. The chicken was gorgeous but super dry so the dressing helped it a ton. Love sitting outside with the plants it feels like a mini vacation. Please fix your service issues your service used to be fabulous. Thanks for a nice lunch out

The food was outstanding! The focaccia was the best we’ve EVER had and the rigatoni bolognese was sooo good, i keep thinking about it !!

Amazing amazing service!! Thanks so much for giving me such an amazing 18th birthday lunch. The manager greeted me and was so kind. The server was also so beyond sweet!

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I was pleasantly surprised they now have house-made pasta, prepared perfectly Al dente too. Squid ink pasta and short rib pasta are the go-to’s. Prior experience with their bolognese made me not want to come back because it’s really hard to mess up bolognese. I think you just have to know what to order. Italian chopped salad also another great one to try.

I went yo an early dinner with 5 friends. The food, service, and experience were all great. Shout out to the manager for being so welcoming and taking the time to thank us for coming in.

We loved our pizzas: mushroom and goat cheese for the healthy couple and the fennel sausage one for us. Even the Italian chopped salad was perfect. Tiramisu was to die for. And we were lucky to have Matthew as our waiter, he recommended a delicious Carmenere and was super attentive. I am definitely coming back to this restaurant.
