Beginning with a small shop of just 9 seats in Dotonbori, Osaka in 1986, our founder simply wanted to make everyone happy with his soup. From there, we expanded throughout Japan. Now, this is our first upscale Surf + Dine concept with a full service bar right in the heart of Waikiki. Our trademark dish is Oishii Ramen, literally meaning Delicious Ramen. Our soup is highly original while also inspiring nostalgia. It is light in colour but rich in flavor and brings a taste that’s both new to you yet familiar. We also feature other items including sushi, donburi, Japanese small plates, ribs, and Hawaiian local favorites.
