An amazing experience at The Assembly House Afternoon Tea. Beautifully decorated reception area to enjoy pre tea cocktails. Lovely attentive staff before tea and during. We chose Afternoon Sea for two and Afternoon Cheese for one. So many delicious savouries to enjoy. The Nutcracker afternoon tea was also an option and may have been a bit of a sweet treat after our seafood but we all loved every mouthful of our choices. We all felt our time at the Assembly House Afternoon Tea was the perfect way to begin 2025.

Had a lovely lunch at the boat house have been a few times now and would recommend this restaurant

The theme was The Nutcracker. The decor was magical and the afternoon tea was delicious. The staff are exceptional. A wonderful experience.

Excellent experience as always. This was our third visit in just over a month and the experience has always been amazing. Thank you and merry Christmas

Duck pate was delicious, turkey was great, good selection of veg, and the creme brulee very tasty. Come early as car park gets very busy. Staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble and nice with it. Not my first visit and won't be my last either!
