The Derby is more than a restaurant. Established in 1922, it has been family owned and operated since 1951. It is a grand museum showcasing some of horse racing’s greatest moments. Diners are invited to take a break from the rush of modern life and travel back to the time of George Woolf, Seabiscuit, and relive the excitement of “The Race of the Century”. It was a birthday celebration. Not only was the Sunday Brunch outstanding, but Chris, our server, and all of the support staff were outstanding as well.

What a beautiful restaurant and hotel! Our server, Rachel, was so sweet. The food was delicious! The restaurant didn't seem that busy, but it did take a bit longer than expected for the food to arrive. Otherwise, it was amazing! We will definitely go back!

We had a good time! Excellent waiter! Food was very good. The individual pizza dough was not its usual good self. Not cooked enough. My chicken parmesan was slightly too well done. The hamburger, French fries, pasta, salad and individual bazookie were delicious.

We had our holiday dinner / white elephant with coworkers and the experience was great! Our waiter was very attentive and patient with us!
