Maine Shack is a hybrid fast casual/full service New England style lobster shack in the heart of Boulder on 16th & Pearl. We accept reservations for parties over 6 people & up to 10 for table side service and counter service for walk-ins. Shack sources wild-caught lobster directly from a dedicated fleet of lobstermen in Stonington, Maine. We receive shipments of fresh lobster and seafood at the restaurant a few times per week.Our menu features six different varieties of lobster rolls, fried whole belly clams, scallops, haddock, steamers chowder, lobster mac & cheese, a north shore roast beef sandwich, burgers, tacos and several other New England specialties. Many showcasing a variety of ingredients sourced from the Gulf of Maine.Our partnership with our dedicated lobstermen means the catch is sustainable and traceable. Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. The Thanksgiving dinner was truly excellent. Served family style for our party of 4, which conjured a feeling of a cozy dinner at home. The service was prompt and attentive. Absolutely delicious from appetizer to dessert.

Bramble and Hare is a great restaurant. The food was fresh, well prepared and very tasty. The vegan option which we asked for was superb. We give it our absolutely highest recommendation. Additionally the service was perfect attentive and thgoutful but not obtrusive. We will definitely eat. At Bramdle and Hare again and we highly recommend it!!

Wow! This was amazing! The beef loin slow cooked over plum wood was like nothing I'd had before. This is definitely dinning for the adventurous!

Maine Shack Boulder; Lobster was super tender. Scallops cooked great, not over fried and too done. Staff was really nice. We had a party of eight and all was good! As a matter of fact, my roll was better than some Ive had in Maine the past 4 years!
