An enchanting setting with spectacular service and delicious food.

Neesa was our server and she was fantastic! She was attentive, checked in on us, and had a great sense of humor. We had several of the small plates and sides and loved everything except the potatoes. They were a bit dry and did not have the flavor that everything else had. Neesa kindly removed them from our check. The Buratta dish was to die for! The smoked olives were on point.  We also had oysters and sunchokes. In addition, we had 3 1/2 glasses of wine. Our check was $172 including the included service gratuity.  we felt that was a bit pricey. That said, I would definitely go back - if only for the Buratta and olives. 

It was wonderful to once again experience the creative food from the Black Cat. It was like years ago when you could go to the tiny restaurant downtown Boulder and be blown away by 5 or 7 or 9 courses of amazing food. The little glass cabanas are comfortable and private. You can actually carry on a conversation. The best place in Boulder, or maybe Colorado, for a fabulous meal in a unique setting.

Very nice place to have a business dinner, quiet in the upstairs dining room and great food and service

For my husband’s 75th birthday we wanted to go someplace special, so we chose The Greenbriar Inn. We couldn’t have made a better choice. We went on a Wednesday so it was very quiet. The food was incredible, and the wait staff was attentive, not hovering. The beet salad, halibut and scallops were perfect and the dessert splurge of blackberry galette was delicious.
