Located in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef. Ristorante in ottima posizione a Dumbo, proprio a pochi passi dal celebre scorcio. Raggiungibile facilmente in metro, offre una buona atmosfera e cordialità. Piatti buoni, prezzi non eccessivi considerando la zona, ambiente non particolarmente curato (siamo stati accomodati nella veranda esterna, ottimamente riscaldata all'inizio, salvo poi diventare gelida verso la fine). Tutto sommato ci tornerei.
