I have dined at all of Chef Bryan’s establishments and this is by far the best of all. The atmosphere is lively, but not loud, I could easily carry on a conversation with my companion. The furnishings and tableware are elegant but not overly done or intimidating. The food is classic Bryan, approachable, perfectly executed with an eye to quality ingredients cooked and served to let those ingredients shine. The service was both friendly and attentive. The oysters were ice cold, sweet, completely cleaned and served with perfect accompaniments. Both the salmon and swordfish were cooked perfectly and the brussel sprouts are something to dream about. My companion and I were both pleasantly surprised at the bill as I would have expected a higher tab for our choices. Well done Chef.

Nestled in the charming and historic town of Boonsboro, Maryland, Branded Chophouse is a gem that offers a dining experience as memorable as its picturesque surroundings. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere of elegance, with beautiful lighting and a thoughtfully designed interior that sets the tone for a wonderful meal. We began with a dozen oysters, which were truly exceptional--some of the best we've ever had. The pickled brunoise'd red onions and what seemed to be a homemade cocktail sauce elevated this classic appetizer to new heights. While the oysters rested on a bed of seasoned pink salt that felt slightly indulgent, I couldn't help but repurpose some of that salt throughout the meal--it was that good! The salt-rimmed margaritas were another highlight, boasting a perfect balance of flavors. My only wish was for a slightly larger serving for the price. Moving on to the main courses, the Branded Cowboy Burger was a standout. Cooked to perfection, it was bursting with flavor and undoubtedly one of the best burgers we've enjoyed in recent memory. Paired with truffle fries, the meal was decadent. Though the fries were a touch soft--likely due to the truffle oil--their flavor more than made up for it. The Prime Rib was another hit, tender and flavorful, complemented beautifully by a perfectly seasoned Au Jus and a tangy horseradish sauce. If I had to nitpick I'd just request that the plates be a bit bigger so I can move things around to include the sauces and sides. We ended the meal with the Dulce de Leche dessert, which was simply fantastic--a sweet and satisfying conclusion to a delightful dining experience. The service was equally impressive. As my son from Portland, Oregon, and my daughter up from college, I took them to bistro 11. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and my son always likes to try new places. The ambience of the restaurant was nice. We had our dinner at 6:45 PM. We had some cocktails and appetizer in our food. All was very very good. The waitress we had was superb and couldn’t ask for a better evening with my family. I would rate this 4.5 out of five stars

The appetizers could be bigger for the $$ you pay. The rest was fantastic! My family and I will be returning.
