Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. We had a pleasant experience having breakfast. The server was polite and friendly. We enjoyed the food and did not mined the high price to have a quality food. However we were surprised by an extra culinary charge! There should have been an explanation of this frivolous charge.

I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends and was impressed with the service we received on such a busy night. Everything came out in a timely manner, no drink orders had to be repeated more than once, I had a very nice time and I can thank the service for that. It was incredibly busy and we still were helped with anything we needed. I always love and recommend Joey.
