Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Beautiful restaurant decor. Friendly staff - from the front desk to our server Tony. The food was delicious. We had the salmon, fingerling potatoes, hercot verts, and branzino- everything was well seasoned and cooked well! Wonderful experience!!

Excellent quality food. Have traveled to Asia extensively for 35+ years for business I appreciate good Chinese food. The whole steamed fish was delicious. Of course the more dishes you can order, the better your experience. I tend to over order. Leftovers are a plus. Thanks for a wonderful Holiday dinner.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday here! Amazing fusion food items! They gave us complimentary edamame, and all the food was great. Calamari was so good and a great version with an Asian twist. Chicken lollipop was pretty good. We had the chicken tikka masala, crispy chili chicken and garlic naan which were all amazing. Our favorite part was dessert as we ordered the Kheer Crème brûlée which was to die for. The best crème brûlée I have ever tasted!! Our server Ahnaf was great and very attentive. Had a great celebration!
