Special thanks to Sam, the best sommelier we have ever experienced and made us ever so thankful we did the wine pairing option. And thanks to Leigh, our waiter, who was just a delight and very helpful at every turn. Ben and his team have created a culinary experience that will knock your Aussie socks off and make you look at Native Australian cuisine in a whole new light. We had the Seniors Christmas dinner and the meals were very nice. Would certainly recommend this meal.
