Group of 8people of various ages, all ordering different meals. Every meal was of high quality in taste and presentation. Steak was cooked to perfection and exactly how we ordered. Market fish, Blue eyed trevally was also to perfection and all flavours completed each other. My partner and I were visiting his daughter in Launceston and we really struggled to find a restaurant in the period so aptly titled the festive perineum. I used trip advisor to search for the quality places to dine and although Diverge landed 12th on the listing, it had received rave reviews in the previous two weeks, so we booked. The food was outstanding with a genuine focus on Tasmanian produce, wine and sparkling wine. Staff were fun and generous with their time with all patrons. This place is a sleeping giant. Don’t be put off that it’s attached to a hotel. It’s good!!! Really bloody good!!!

Friendly service with people who were happy to accommodate dietary allergies. Food was delicious!
